August 2025 Water Level Report

On 28 July the water level was 70.6%. Water levels fell quickly during May & June but slowed during July as the weather changed. The North Jetty is usable by keel boats and Ribs down to 65% but below that level the pontoon will be lost. The Dick Dalton Causeway is available down to 45% but as levels fall launch and recovery will become increasingly difficult because it is surrounded by shallow water, soft mud and weed.
