About this course -  

The RYA Keelboat Level 1&2 course is the ideal gateway into keelboat sailing. Over four days, you'll gain essential sailing skills such as rigging, steering, sail control. Once you have completed Level 1, Level 2 focuses on more advanced techniques such as picking up a mooring, coming alongside a pontoon or boat and man overboard safety procedure. The course takes place on stable, multi-crewed keelboats, making it an ideal learning environment for those who prefer a more comfortable and social sailing experience.

Who is this course for? - These courses are for anyone looking to explore sailing and get out on the water with the confidence and stability that is provided with a keelboat.

Prerequisites - No prior experience is needed to complete this course. We recommend participants be aged 14 and up

Course Duration - 32 hours over 2 weekends
