RYA Level 3 & Seamanship

RYA Level 3 (Better Sailing) - 

The Level 3 provides further coaching to consolidate the skills learned during Level 1 - Start Sailing, and Level 2 - Basic Skills. Short taster sessions from the advanced modules such as Seamanship skills and sailing with spinnakers. A perfect course for continuing to develop the confidence needed to step out into the world of sailing.

Course Duration: 16 Hours

Minimum requirements: Sailing standard of level 2 Age: 14

RYA Seamanship- 

The RYA Seamanship Course equips sailors with the skills to confidently handle a sailing boat in diverse conditions, enhancing independence and decision-making on the water. Participants will learn essential techniques, including anchoring, sailing backwards, sailing without a rudder, and recovering from running aground. This practical, hands-on course is ideal for those looking to deepen their understanding of boat handling and improve their seamanship skills. Suitable for intermediate sailors aiming to advance their abilities.

Minimum requirements: Sailing standard of level 2 Age: 14
